How long will it take to get my package?
Shipping to the USA
- Procesing time: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping time: 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping to Vietnam
- Procesing time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping time: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday)

What payment methods are accepted?
- We are providing payment through services: Stripe and Paypal.
- Acceptable Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, etc.
Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. You will be asked to confirm all details, including the item size and quantity, before completing your purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request changes to your shipping address. If you need to make a change, please send an email with the correct information to support@bootsfind.com within this time frame. After 12 hours, your order will NOT modified.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but please be aware of our 12-hour cancellation window. Once this time has passed, we will be unable to process the cancellation because your order will have already been sent to our fulfillment team.
To cancel, simply email us at support@bootsfind.com with the subject ‘Order Cancellation‘ and your order number. We’d also appreciate it if you could share the reason for the cancellation, as this feedback is valuable in helping us improve our offerings.
Can I return or refund my order?
We want you to be happy with your order. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are either incorrect or defective.
If your order meets these criteria and you would like to start a return, please send an email to support@bootsfind.com with the subject ‘Return Request‘ and your order number. Our team will review your request and send you all the information you need to complete the return and receive your refund.
I haven’t received any oreder package. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your package. If the tracking status says ‘delivered’, we recommend the following:
- First, double-check all possible delivery locations around your home.
- Next, contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the package’s whereabouts. Their information is in your shipping confirmation email.
- If you still cannot locate your order, please email our support team at support@bootsfind.com with your order number, and we will help you find a solution.
Why was my package returned to the sender?
Your package was likely returned to the sender because the delivery could not be completed. This can happen for several common reasons, including:
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient was no longer at the provided address.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
- The package was damaged during transit.
